I am an experienced facilitation and trainer, I have delivered workshops and groups to communities and organisations.
I am certified to deliver Mental Health First Aid and Suicide Asist 11 programs.
I have written and delivered workshops as professional development for organisations in topics like: compassion fatigue, maintaining boundaries, reflective practice, how to work with distressed and suicidal people, how to work with grief, loss and bereavement, working with the carer dynamic and telephone counselling skills.
As psycho-education for community members to bring understanding into how to manage their own compassion fatigue, building emotional intelligence, maintaining boundaries and understanding grief and loss.
I have experience in running therapeutic, supervision and psycho-educational groups to allow both professionals and community members to engage growth and a deeper understanding of themselves.
