I am a clinically registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federations of Australia (PACFA). I trained in both psychoanalytic/psychodynamic psychotherapy, integrated counselling and play therapy with further study in existential and somatic therapeutic modalities.

Having worked for over 10 years with people both privately and with various non for profit organisations, I have enabled people to connect with more meaning and purpose in the their lives and an acceptance of their own uniqueness. A focus on thriving beyond surviving in life, assisting people struggling with thoughts of suicide, anxiety, existential angst, complex trauma and relationship difficulties. For the last 6 years I have had specialised on those people whom are in caring role, those supporting others whom need care for their mental health issues, physical disability or illness in helping them navigate the ambiguous loss, compassion fatigue and the ups and downs of caring.

My practiced is based in South Perth, I offer sessions for individuals, couples, families and adolescents. My approach is tailored to suit the client and their needs whether it be short term problem solving or through long term work to support and manage their ongoing mental health. We can work fact to face, over the telephone, via online (video or text based) communication to deliver sessions if getting to the practice rooms is a challenge.

I work with organisations and community groups to facilitate psycho-educational and therapeutic workshops or groups to bring an understanding covering topics on compassion fatigue, maintaining boundaries, working with grief and loss, the experience of bereavement, building intimacy, emotional intelligence and working with conflict.

As an experienced supervisor I offer individual and group supervision sessions to mental health clinicians to help them with their own reflective practice and growth, both professionally and personally,
