Supervision is key to enabling a clinician along a healthy career within the field of mental health in the supporting of or the caring of others. Being able to process the work, find perspective on the experience and maintain a connection to what gives us meaning and purpose.

I have been working with mental health practitioners for the last 10 years to enable their practice to grow and build skills and experience. I have strong understanding of reflective practice and have a focus on the psychoanalytic principles of transference and counter transference to assist in the understanding of the impact of the client work on the clinician.

Both individual and group, within organisations and peer driven work.

I have a passion for working with clinicians from a professional and personal level to engage and explore their passions, build their skills and allow of a safe place for them to process the work they do. We grow together in the work and I aim to challenge and enable clinicians to face what is hardest in themselves.
